You are welcome to contact us directly at Studio Teacup Puppies if you have any questions about the puppy you are interested in. - Once you’ve selected your pup, please ask for real-time videos or schedule a live video call with the puppy you’ve chosen.
- We require a 50% deposit to hold your selected puppy. The balance is due when the flight is reserved and confirmed by the airline. Please remember, deposits are non-refundable. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss alternative payment arrangements.
- We accept the following payment options:
- All major credit cards processed by PayPal.
- Zelle
- Bank wire ($40-$50 fee depending on your bank). Ask us to send you an email with the bank wire information.
Once you’ve made your payment, we will begin the export process for your puppy and mark him/her as sold on our website. The export process typically takes 8-10 weeks, depending on flight availability and the puppy’s weight at the time of booking. Please keep in mind that the airline requires puppies to be at least 2.2 lbs to make the flight.
*Starting August 1, 2024, all dogs entering or returning to the United States must meet new, specific requirements depending on where they have been in the 6 months before entering the U.S. Puppies need to be a minimum of 6 months old to enter the United States.

We highly suggest getting pet insurance prior to your puppy’s arrival. We recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance-they are the oldest and offer an excellent wellness plan.
